CNG Business Development Manager

Job Summary
Oversee end-to-end CNG business development from conceptualization through commissioning, coordinating contractors, consultants, and regulatory bodies to ensure safe, on-time delivery within budget. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards while managing risks and implementing strategic marketing plans to position the company as a preferred supplier. Identify and onboard new customers, lead commercial negotiations, and develop pricing strategies to optimize cash flow. Build and lead a small team, providing direction, coaching, and performance management to achieve technical and commercial objectives. Prepare comprehensive reports on project status, commercial performance, and mitigation measures for management, ensuring full compliance with statutory and industry safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in the CNG sector or similar energy-related fields, with a solid understanding of industry trends and regulatory frameworks
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams effectively while promoting a collaborative work environment
- Ability to work independently and make sound commercial and technical decisions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and financial acumen
- Commitment to high standards of integrity, safety, and sustainability
- In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements in the CNG sector
- Ability to efficiently manage and develop client portfolios
