Job Summary
Nestlé Business Solutions is hiring a CNDN Specialist to analyze and raise credit and debit notes within the Order to Cash (O2C) function. The role involves contributing to continuous improvement programs and standardization across markets, monitoring KPIs and SLAs, performing root cause analysis of mistakes, and solving problems. Ideal candidates have a degree in Business, Finance, Economics or similar preferred but not essential, solid finance terminology knowledge, strong Excel and MS Office skills, good English, and strong analytical, organizational, and teamwork abilities. The position is full-time with hybrid work (2 days per week in the office) in Portugal, spanning offices in Lisbon and Braga. The role emphasizes fast-paced collaboration, learning, and growing within Nestlé’s Shared Solutions environment, with exposure to local and international teams, and opportunities for development and international career progression.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or similar preferred but not essential
- Knowledge of basic Finance Terminology and notions
- Strong Excel knowledge mandatory
- Good English level
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Positive Thinking, willingness to learn and Team Player attitude
- Good Organization and Prioritization skills
- Strong work ethic and Respectfulness
