Job Summary
CNC & Vertical Mill Operator needed to join Parabit Systems' New York team. Duties include planning machining from work orders, blueprints, and GD&T; programming mills and lathes with G/M code (including zero points, offsets, and tool registers); setting up three- and four-jaw chucks and fixtures; loading stock and verifying first-run parts to specification; maintaining machines, performing preventive maintenance, and documenting actions across shifts; and contributing to quality through measurement, inspection, and adherence to safety procedures. Required skills include G-code programming for 3-axis mills, AutoCAD 2007+ for DXF to G-code, familiarity with Haas 3-axis mills, GD&T understanding, blueprint reading, and attention to detail. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience or certification in G/M Code for 3-axis milling
- Knowledge of AutoCAD 2007+ for DXF to G Code processing/programming
