Job Summary
Set up and operate CNC turret machines based on job specifications, installing and aligning cutting tools within the turret. Monitor machine operation to ensure parts meet specifications and make minor adjustments for offsets and tool wear compensation. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while reporting equipment issues or quality concerns to supervisors. This role involves producing precision metal components in a manufacturing environment located in Hamilton, NC, with a requirement for basic CNC machining knowledge and blueprint reading skills.
Required Qualifications
- Basic understanding of CNC machining and tooling
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Ability to stand for extended periods
Desired Qualifications
- Experience operating CNC turret machines

- Familiarity with G-code programming
