Job Summary
CNC Technician responsible for correctly setting up and tearing down equipment in the work cell, maintaining and diagnosing CNC programs, interpreting GD&T from prints, performing tool changes and offsets, contributing to process development and improvements, monitoring SPC data, and collaborating with Engineering on new tooling projects. Travel may be required for customer interaction and production support. The role supports company goals and adheres to environmental, health, and safety policies, with employee ownership benefits offered.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or Equivalent.
- Vocational schools training in precision machining with relevant experience preferred.
