Job Summary
CNC Swiss Mill Programmer role focusing on Tsugami Swiss Mills with Fanuc controls. Responsibilities include setup, operation, and programming to meet accuracy and timeliness requirements; multi-machine operation and housekeeping; reading blueprints to meet engineered drawings; selecting and adjusting tools/fixtures; validating dimensions with gaging and micrometers; maintaining set feed/rotation speeds; ensuring parts conform to specifications and stopping production to address issues; applying shop math for repeatable accuracy; machining plastics and other nonmetallics as required; proficient in G and M codes and tooling knowledge; strong emphasis on safety and quality with a track record of reducing downtime and strict GD&T adherence. Qualifications emphasize proficiency in English, CNC operations, tooling, and blueprint reading; ability to work in a team and meet deadlines; familiarity with measurement and inspection tools; safety compliance; and experience with various CNC mills, including Tsugami Swiss Mills and FANUC controls.
