Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience operating CNC Swiss-style lathes
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings
- Demonstrated ability to perform in-process quality checks using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, comparators, etc.)
- Strong understanding of G-code and M-code for program editing and troubleshooting
- Experience with tool selection, offset adjustments, and machine setup for various materials
