Job Summary
Set up and operate CNC Swiss-style lathes to produce tight-tolerance parts. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings; perform tool changes, offsets, and minor program adjustments. Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges; monitor production and maintain high quality standards. Troubleshoot minor machine issues and maintain a clean, safe work environment. Preferred experience with CNC Swiss lathes (Citizen, Star, Tsugami, etc.), ability to read blueprints and hold tight tolerances, strong attention to detail and quality, and experience with measuring tools. Bonus if you have setup experience, G-code knowledge, or a precision-machining background.
