Required Qualifications
- A technical degree in a related field or a Journeyman-level machinist certification
- Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience in CNC machining
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Proven experience in CNC programming, tooling setup, and fixture design
