CNC Setup Operator - 2nd shift

Set up computerized numerically controlled machine tools and related equipment for machining operations based on drawings, blueprints, and job layouts. Operate machines, adjust feeds, speeds, and tooling to ensure parts conform to specifications and time standards. Change cutting tools and work pieces during the machining process, installing devices to handle various stock sizes. Inspect first article parts for Quality Assurance verification and assist operators with dimension inspections using proper gauges. Maintain work area cleanliness, report unsafe conditions or faulty equipment, and participate in problem-solving activities to drive continuous improvement.
