Job Summary
CNC Setup Machinist to set up and operate CNC Vertical/Horizontal machines with Fanuc controls, program and edit G-code, and machine parts to drawing specs across stainless, carbon, aluminum, and exotic metals. Requires 3+ years as a machinist, strong GD&T/blueprint-reading skills, tooling/fixtures selection, and the ability to lead execution of assigned projects. Night shift (4pm–2am) in Honey Brook, PA. Must maintain safety, quality, and teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience as a machinist
- Demonstrated safety awareness in a manufacturing environment
- Strong drawing reading skills plus GD&T understanding
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints/drawings
- Setup and operate CNC machines with Fanuc controls (G Code)
- Ability to program and edit CNC programs at the machine
- Ability to machine on materials such as stainless, carbon, aluminum, and exotic metals
- Own common machinist’s tools (Indicators, Scales, 6” Vernier, 0-1 Mic, Wrenches)
- High School Diploma or GED (certificate in machining desirable)
- Must be able to operate overhead cranes and perform physical requirements
