CNC Setup Machine Operator - 1st Shift

Set up and adjust CNC machines for first-shift operations, working with vertical mills (3-4 axis) and horizontal mills. Read and interpret layout data with the Quality department, perform equipment and maintenance checks, manage coolant handling, and participate in continuous improvement activities. Maintain documentation such as production sheets, traveler packets, and SPC quality sheets; use inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, comparator) and read safety rules and procedures. Able to work independently or as part of a team, communicate effectively, and adhere to PPE and safety policies. Requirements include HS diploma/GED, CNC programming capability, and passing a skills-based test; background check and drug screen are required. Preferred experience with Haas, Brother, and DMG Mori CNC machining centers.
