Job Summary
CNC Setter/Operator responsible for setting and operating CNC machinery, producing precision components to engineering drawings and specifications, performing machine checks and maintaining production documentation, inspecting components to ensure quality, reporting non-conformance, and maintaining a safe, clean, organised working environment while supporting production targets and continuous improvement. Requires strong hands-on CNC machining experience, ability to read engineering drawings, and a solid understanding of quality inspection processes and attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on CNC machining experience within a manufacturing environment (essential)
- Previous experience setting and operating CNC machinery (essential)
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Good understanding of quality standards and inspection processes
