Job Summary
CNC Setter/Operator on a permanent night shift in Stroud. Responsibilities include setting and operating CNC machinery, producing precision-engineered components to specification, reading and interpreting engineering drawings, carrying out in-process inspection checks, completing production and quality documentation, supporting production targets and efficiency improvements, maintaining high housekeeping and health & safety standards, and working closely with Team Leaders and production teams. Desired qualifications include prior CNC setting/operating experience, manufacturing/precision engineering exposure, ability to read drawings, knowledge of quality inspection processes, and strong attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- Previous CNC setting and operating experience
- Experience within a manufacturing or precision engineering environment
