CNC Setter Operator

Set and operate CNC machines to cut metal parts according to blueprints and specifications. Monitor tool wear, adjust feeds and speeds, and perform routine maintenance to ensure precision and minimize downtime. Inspect finished components for defects and document production metrics. This role requires a full-time schedule with on-call rotation for emergency shifts. Applicants must possess a high school diploma, prior CNC experience, and proficiency in CAD software.
