Job Summary
Set up, edit, and operate 5-axis CNC machines to produce components per precise drawings and tolerances. Interpret CAD drawings, select materials/tools, run first-off and final checks, perform daily/weekly machine checks, maintain equipment, and report issues. Collaborate with the CNC Lead Operator and Production Supervisor to ensure safety, quality, and continuous improvement in a high-precision manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience editing 5 axis CNC machines using CAD/CAM software
- Experience setting up and operating 5 axis CNC machinery
- Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings, tolerances, and machining specifications
