CNC Set-up Operator (Rollomatic)

Job Summary
Set up and operate Rollomatic CNC grinders to produce precision round tools, read blueprints and engineering specifications, load programs and adjust offsets to ensure tool geometry accuracy, perform first-piece and in-process inspections with micrometers, calipers, and optical equipment, monitor machine performance, maintain a clean 5S-compliant work area, troubleshoot issues with maintenance/engineering, and adhere to safety and quality standards; role requires experience with carbide tool grinding and familiarity with Rollomatic machines (e.g., 529Xw, 620XS, 628WX, 630WX, Grind Smart series) and GD&T concepts.
Required Qualifications
- Math skills using metrics, decimals, and fractions
