Job Summary
Download preset CNC programs and make minor adjustments to direct machine operation sequences. Operate CNC manufacturing equipment to produce acceptable product per work instructions, performing in-process inspection and recording defect results. Conduct basic machine adjustments for offsets, tapers, and preventative maintenance including coolant and filter changes. Stack and transport product using hand-trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, cranes, or hoists while maintaining work area cleanliness. Wear required personal protective equipment at all times. Perform these duties during a 12-hour weekend shift from Friday through Sunday, 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
Required Qualifications
- Three (3) year relevant experience
- Ability to understand and act on verbal and written instructions
- Intermediate math (algebra, geometry) and computer skills
- Ability to learn, understand and utilize CAD/CAM programs and G and M codes
- Ability to understand and use Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and Statistical Process Control (SPC)
- Must exhibit attention to detail
- Excellent listening skills
- Ability to work with a diverse variety of people from different cultures and backgrounds
- Weekend Shift Nights: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 6:00pm - 6:00pm
- 12 hour shifts
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs

- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
