Job Summary
Download preset CNC programs and make minor adjustments to direct machine operation sequences. Operate CNC equipment to produce acceptable products per work instructions, while inspecting parts for defects and recording deviations. Perform basic machine adjustments, preventative maintenance, and change coolants or filters. Stack and transport product using hand-trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, or hoists, and maintain cleanliness of work areas, machines, and tools. Wear required personal protective equipment at all times. This weekend shift runs Friday through Sunday from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm in 12-hour blocks.
Required Qualifications
- Three (3) year relevant experience
- Ability to understand and act on verbal and written instructions
- Intermediate math (algebra, geometry) and computer skills
- Ability to learn, understand and utilize CAD/CAM programs and G and M codes
- Ability to understand and use Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and Statistical Process Control (SPC)
- Must exhibit attention to detail
- Excellent listening skills
- Ability to work with a diverse variety of people from different cultures and backgrounds
- Weekend Shift Days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 6:00am - 6:00pm
- 12 hour shifts
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs

- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
