Job Summary
CNC Machine Tool Sales Manager leads a dynamic team of Capital Account Managers, develops and executes sales strategies, expands markets and accounts within the territory, mentors and coaches sales professionals, manages territory activity and CRM data, and collaborates with internal departments to deliver a top-tier customer experience; extensive travel across the assigned territory is required. Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office, strong communication and leadership skills, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience are required.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably within the CNC machine tool industry or related capital equipment sector
- Proven track record of successfully coaching and mentoring technical sales professionals
- Strong understanding of supplier relationship management, sales processes, and customer/market dynamics
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.com (or similar CRM system)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
