Job Summary
CNC Router Operator sets up and operates a CNC router to create individualized parts meeting production demand, with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Must read detailed blueprints, inspect parts for quality, drill/assemble/package panels, track inventory, troubleshoot machinery, and cross-train on paint-line duties. Works independently or as part of a team, following company safety and quality standards to support production goals.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 1-3 years related experience in manufacturing
- Experience operating CNC machinery preferred
- Ability to read blueprints
- Ability to use a tape measure
- Attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work overtime/weekends as needed
