Job Summary
Operate manufacturing equipment, especially CNC rollers, to support product creation and order fulfillment for MIRATECH customers. Organize materials using a forklift for transport and perform material preparation. Execute other duties as assigned while maintaining strong attention to detail and producing high-quality work. This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs individually and heavier items with team lift, along with standing, bending, and walking for extended periods. Monday through Friday shifts run from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to use welding equipment and related tools effectively and safely.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. individually and heavier items with a team lift.

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Fabrication
- Prior experience operating forklifts
- Prior experience operating manufacturing equipment, especially shears
