Job Summary
The CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator will program, set up and operate 5-axis CNC milling machines to produce components from CAD drawings to exact tolerances, perform first-off and final checks, select appropriate tools and machining strategies, carry out daily/weekly machine checks, maintain equipment, and report issues. Strong reading of engineering drawings, tolerances, and machining specifications is required, along with precise measurement and a proactive, team-oriented approach to continuous improvement. Required Qualifications
- Experience programming 5 axis CNC machines using CAD/CAM software
- Experience setting up and operating 5 axis CNC machinery
- Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings, tolerances, and machining specifications
- High attention to detail with a strong understanding of precision measurement and machining processes
