Job Summary
CNC Programmer responsible for developing and implementing CNC programs for multi-axis machines, translating complex part designs into detailed CNC code, optimizing cutting paths to maximize machine efficiency and part quality, and troubleshooting programming issues to ensure smooth CNC operation. Maintain accurate program documentation. Esprit programming software experience is a bonus. Requires strong CNC machining knowledge, G-code proficiency, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a CNC Programmer
- Strong understanding of CNC machining principles and G-code programming
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with Esprit programming software is a huge plus
