Job Summary
Seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to develop and optimize CNC programs for aerospace manufacturing. Responsibilities include programming complex multi-axis CNC machines, maintaining program integrity, and collaborating with production teams. Requires at least 10 years of programming experience and a high school diploma, with a preference for an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Education
- Minimum ten (10) years CNC programming experience
- Proficient with ERP systems (Global Shop)
- Experienced in MasterCAM, SolidWorks, and Vericut
- Ability to communicate technical knowledge clearly
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred
- Experience using lean manufacturing principles
- Experience working in AS9100 / ISO 9001 quality systems
