Job Summary
Develop machining and inspection process methodologies and review processes for operational feasibility. Create tool, probe, and measuring-machine paths for multi-axis operations using tool-axis control. Select and validate cutting tools and probes, then verify CNC part programs to ensure quality results. Use computerized tools to support program verification and resolve N/C manufacturing problems. Define, develop, and continuously improve machining processes while providing guidance on CNC machine tooling organization. Support project administration, including status reporting, and coordinate with users and vendors for planning, scheduling, and equipment procurement. Apply precision CNC machinery knowledge to fabrication and machining practices.
Required Qualifications
