Job Summary
CNC Programmer/Operator needed for hands-on, fast-paced custom door production. Must program and operate CNC machinery, translate engineering drawings into production dimensions, set up and monitor machines, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot malfunctions, and collaborate with maintenance and engineering to meet production objectives. Experience with Mastercam or similar software, ability to read mechanical drawings, proficiency with PC software (Microsoft Office), and aptitude for intermediate mathematical calculations are required. Woodworking experience is a plus; willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. This role is on-site in Springville, Utah.
