Program newly designed parts using Mastercam CAM software, select tooling, and validate tool paths via simulation. Troubleshoot machining issues like chatter and vibrations, then stabilize processes before handing off to operators. Manufacture first parts per instructions, inspect raw materials, and document all activities in the ERP system. Complete change-over activities, print routing documents, and provide parts to the next process step while maintaining a clean work area.
