Job Summary
Program complex parts on 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC machining centers, then prove out your own programs by dialing in setups, tooling, and offsets before release. Hand off documented, repeatable programs and setup sheets to leads and operators while selecting tooling and workholding strategies that balance cycle time, finish, and tool life. Troubleshoot and continuously improve existing programs on the floor, collaborating with engineering, quality, and production to get parts right the first time. This blended office-and-floor role requires a self-directed problem solver who takes ownership of the process from screen to finished part.
Required Qualifications
- Experience programming multi-axis CNC
- Strong programming aptitude
