CNC Programmer III

Lead the creation of advanced CNC programs for complex geometries and multi-axis machines, developing tooling and fixture solutions that support high-precision production. Drive optimization efforts to reduce cycle times and improve efficiency across the shop floor while conducting root cause analysis and leading corrective actions for recurring machining issues. Mentor and train CNC Programmer I and II team members to build programming skill across the group. Partner with manufacturing engineering to implement process improvements that scale. Requires 7–9 years of CNC programming experience and advanced metrology and GD&T fluency. Cooper Machinery Services has been building compression equipment for oil, gas, and power since 1833.
