Job Summary
CNC Programmer II/III needed to lead development of complex CNC programs for high-risk aerospace components. Responsibilities include leading programming for complex, multi-axis parts; advising on fixture design and part setup; integrating programming standards into production; troubleshooting machining issues; mentoring Program I–II personnel; participating in DFMs and tooling/process improvements; conducting program validation via simulation, dry runs, and machine tests. Level II focuses on basic 2–3 axis programs and supporting first runs; Level III focuses on 3–5 axis programs, toolpath optimization, and first-article inspections; successful candidates will have 5+ years CNC programming experience, deep multi-axis programming knowledge, GD&T aerospace tolerances, and mentoring capability. Compensation ranges from $44.00 to $63.00 per hour (Level II: $44-$53.50; Level III: $53.50-$63.00). Benefits include medical/dental/vision/life, 401k with company match, PTO, and holidays. Required Qualifications
