Job Summary
Program, setup, and operate CNC machines using Mastercam to build one-off components from 3D models. Collaborate with design engineers, project leaders, and machinists to develop manufacturable components, identify necessary tooling, and address potential build issues. Meet customer requirements regarding project timing, part quality, and delivery while working individually with little supervision. This 1st shift direct hire role with Prestige Staffing Services emphasizes product improvement and troubleshooting.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of 3D programming experience on Mastercam
- Strong problem-solving techniques & communication skills
- Able to work individually with little supervision
- Ability to read & interpret blueprints
