Job Summary

Develop, implement, and troubleshoot CNC programs for Aerospace machining. Analyze engineering drawings, specify tool paths, cutting tools, speeds and feeds, and ensure programs meet target cycle times and customer requirements. Collaborate with engineering and shop-floor personnel; support tool design and fixture improvements; apply 3D modeling in Siemens PLM NX and Mastercam; work with lathes, milling, and mill/turn operations (multi-axis 5+ axes, 3+2), and leverage Vericut for verification. Ensure safety and contribute to lean and continuous-improvement initiatives. Proficient in CAD/CAM programming, tool selection, and debugging programs with close collaboration across departments.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering discipline preferred and/or equivalent experience
  • Ten or more years direct experience in multi-axis programming of Aerospace machining operations and materials
