CNC Production Technician

Job Summary
Operate CNC machining equipment to produce high-quality precision components, monitor production to meet output goals, and perform inspections per inspection plans and quality requirements. Identify machine adjustments and communicate needs to Machine Technicians and Machinists; document nonconforming parts or processes; complete accurate ERP transactions; perform basic daily machine maintenance and housekeeping. Maintain compliance with the Quality Management System and uphold safety, quality, and continuous-improvement standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-4+ years of CNC Machining experience or equivalent education
- Familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance ASME Y14.5
- Ability to learn production steps in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to use Metrology tools and equipment and read/follow technical directions
- Must perform duties in accordance with Quality Management System requirements
