Job Summary
Production Team Member operates power tools and manufacturing equipment for furniture components, loads/unloads CNC and extrusion machines, records work orders and logs, and maintains 5S standards. Must have experience with power/hand tools (bandsaw, disc sander, drill press, router, impact driver, mitre saw, pocket drill, spindle sander) and be able to read safety and procedure manuals. Shift pattern is 12-hour nights (7pm-7am, Mon-Thurs); duties include loading components in jigs, assembling as required, documenting activity, and other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications
- Previous furniture assembly experience preferred
- Experience using power and hand tools (saws, routers, drills)
- Ability to read safety rules and operating instructions
