Job Summary
Operate manufacturing equipment, especially CNC press brakes, to support product creation and order fulfillment for MIRATECH customers. Organize materials using a forklift for transport and handle material preparation. Perform other duties as assigned, including lifting up to 50 lbs individually and heavier items with team lifts. Work Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Experience in fabrication, operating forklifts, or using shears is beneficial.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to use welding equipment and related tools effectively and safely
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. individually and heavier items with a team lift
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. individually and heavier items with team lift
- Standing, bending, and walking for extended periods of time
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Fabrication
- Prior experience operating forklifts
- Prior experience operating manufacturing equipment, especially shears
