Job Summary
Operate CNC press brake equipment to form metal components according to engineering specifications and production requirements. Set up, load, and run press brake or punch press equipment; monitor part dimensions and identify defects, making adjustments as necessary. Use finishing tools to meet surface finish requirements and safely handle materials with cranes, positioners, magnets, and hooks. Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety policies; read and document operational and preventive maintenance in English. Assist with additional production tasks and participate in maintaining organization and efficiency of the work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to successfully complete forming and general shop assessments within the first week of employment.
- Ability to read and interpret basic drawings and work instructions.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate manufacturing equipment safely.
- Previous metal forming or press brake experience preferred but not required.
