Job Summary
CNC Machinist (CAD/CAM) to program, set up, and operate CNC equipment (mills, lathes, saws) from Autodesk Inventor CAD models using CAM; read blueprints and work instructions, select tooling and offsets, optimize machining processes, and inspect parts to ensure they meet specifications. Role may support other areas of production; maintain a clean, safe work area. Requires experience with CNC programming and operation, CAD/CAM software, and the ability to move from model to program to finished part. Team-oriented, able to work independently, with a Monday–Thursday schedule at our Maysville, KY location.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with CNC programming and operation
- Working knowledge of CAD/CAM software (Autodesk Inventor / Fusion 360 preferred)
- Ability to go from model → program → finished part
- Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling, and setup
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Willingness to contribute across the shop as needed
