Job Summary
CNC Operator/Programmer responsible for setting up and calibrating CNC machines (Lathes, VMCs, and Multi-Spindle) and creating CNC programs while monitoring operations to maintain quality. Performs routine maintenance, troubleshoots issues to minimize downtime, and collaborates with production teams to implement process improvements. Documents setup procedures and machine performance. Requires a High School Diploma or GED (college degree a plus), CNC programming/operation experience, ability to read technical drawings, ability to lift up to 30 lbs, ITAR/DOD compliance, and strong attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (college degree a plus)
- Experience creating CNC programs for Lathes, VMCs, and Multi-Spindle machines is required
- Previous CNC setup and operation experience required
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and meet ITAR/DOD compliance requirements
