Job Summary
CNC Operator responsible for loading, unloading, and inspecting parts during machining; perform de-burring, polishing, and cleaning at the machine; maintain dimensional tolerances of ±.0003–.005 inches and interpret prints; use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauge pins); operate CNC Lathes and Mills with supervision and perform secondary operations; maintain part counts and documentation (Box Tags, Job/Quantity Tracker); adjust machine offsets and insert changes with guidance from supervisor or lead; ensure parts produced with low scrap rate and adhere to safety procedures; relate to manufacturing and quality processes and collaborate with supervisor/technical staff for improvements.
Required Qualifications
- HS graduate or equivalent
- 2+ years of prior experience operating CNC machinery
