Job Summary

Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision-machined parts according to technical drawings and work orders. Load raw materials, adjust settings for precise runs, and inspect finished products using measuring instruments. Monitor machine performance, perform routine maintenance, and troubleshoot issues while maintaining detailed production records. Follow safety procedures, ensure a clean work area, and collaborate with engineering and quality teams to optimize efficiency. Work collaboratively with shifting priorities based on production needs.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
  • Proficiency in using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to lift materials up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Manual dexterity
  • PPE, including safety glasses, gloves and steel-toes footwear

Desired Qualifications

  • CNC training or certification
  • Previous experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
