Job Summary
Operate CNC mills and lathes to produce parts per work instructions, loading and unloading components while monitoring machine cycles. Perform in-process quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify parts meet print specifications. Change tools and offsets as directed, maintain accurate production counts, and keep the work area clean while following all safety procedures. This Level 2 role involves independent operation during the night shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM with pay of $20 and up per hour. Candidates must have previous CNC experience and the ability to read basic blueprints.
Required Qualifications
- Previous CNC machine operation experience (Level 2)
- Ability to read basic blueprints and follow work instructions
- Comfortable using precision measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable attendance and ability to work independently on night shift
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed
