Job Summary
Operate HAAS CNC machines to manufacture high-quality prototype and low-volume production parts, ensuring accuracy within established guidelines and on-time delivery. Load and unload parts, change offsets, load programs, and manage tool changes while following all safety procedures in a manufacturing environment. Report issues to the team lead or supervisor and ensure completion of operator preventive maintenance tasks during the 3pm to 11pm third shift. Maintain high standards of attention to detail and quick turnaround for efficient production.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents (green card holders) or foreign nationals granted refugee or asylee status
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools to ensure correct tolerances
- Previous experience in a CNC manufacturing facility
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 70 pounds
- Must be able to stand, walk, stoop or kneel
- Must be able to sit; use a computer keyboard, monitor and mouse, telephone and printer; reach with hands, and arms, talk, see and hear
- Must be able to work in a manufacturing area exposed to machinery and noise
- Must wear eye protection and safety shoes
- Must be able to work occasionally in outside weather conditions
- Must be able to work near moving mechanical parts and in high, precarious places
- Must be able to be occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, risk of electrical shock and vibration
- Must be able to work the 3pm to 11pm shift

- Ability to ensure quick turnaround of parts and accuracy within established guidelines
- Ability to ensure completion of operator PMs during shift
