Job Summary
Conduct repetitive machining operations using standard procedures and manual machine tools while referencing engineering drawings and specifications. Utilize precision measuring equipment and attribute charts to ensure components meet engineering specifications and process control templates. Stop further processing immediately upon encountering non-conforming product conditions. Maintain documentation and record-keeping procedures, and assist maintenance personnel with routine equipment upkeep. Perform minor offset adjustments to keep components within specifications and train others on operational and documentation protocols. Adhere strictly to all GMP standards and safety policies. Onsite continuous work required with full compliance to global manufacturing requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Fully comply with all GMP standard requirements
- Stop further processing in the event of encountering non-conforming products condition
- Work from engineering drawings and/or specifications
- Comply with documentation and/or record keeping procedures
- Use precision measuring equipment to ensure components meet engineering specifications
- Use precision measuring equipment to ensure components meet engineering specifications following attribute charts and or SPC templates
- Perform minor offset adjustments to keep components within engineering specifications
- Assist maintenance personnel with routine maintenance
- Train others on operational and/or documentation procedures
- Follow all safety policies and requirements
