Job Summary
Maintain product flow and meet production schedules for CLT parent panel fabrication by following CNC operational SOPs and reviewing toolpaths before cutting. Monitor machines for maintenance, run calibration checks, and identify defects prior to milling. Measure finished panels with precision instruments to ensure conformance, replace dull cutting tools, and keep the machine interior clean. Accurately label child pieces, update Kanban status in Zoho, and communicate with the design team. Perform duties on-site from 6am-5pm Mon-Fri with occasional Saturdays, including a 2pm-10:30pm shift option. Work in a loud environment with exposure to wood dust and moving mechanical parts.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience with CNC operations
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Strong math skills
- Highly proficient with use of tape measures and other basic tools
- Highly proficient with use of calipers and precision measuring equipment
- Strong computer skills
- Strong written and verbal communicator
- Capable of lifting at least 50 pounds & being on feet for most of the day
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Lifting up to 50lbs

- 2p-1030pm Mon - Fri with occasional Saturday (plus $1/hr shift differential)
