Job Summary
Lead advanced manufacturing operations by ensuring automated equipment is operational, navigating HMI controls for robotic systems, and troubleshooting part fit-up and machine performance issues. Program, validate, and support new products and prototypes using CAD models while conducting quality checks and reporting key performance indicators. Train new employees on system functionality, perform preventive maintenance tasks, and optimize production efficiency by adjusting machine settings and workflows. Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to resolve complex issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Repetitive lifting and loading of parts up to 50 lbs
- Wearing required PPE
- Working around automated equipment

- Proven team player with leadership capability
- Strong experience with hand tools and measuring devices
- Intermediate troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience operating or supporting laser cutting systems
- Experience operating or supporting automated bending/forming cells
- Experience operating or supporting robotics and robotic welding systems
- Experience operating or supporting mechatronic systems
- Experience with CAD and production programming software
- Knowledge of digital manufacturing tools (OEE, condition monitoring, smart technology)
- Intermediate computer skills
- Intermediate understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including welding and assembly
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including cutting, forming, and part fit‐up
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including mechanical clamping systems
- Basic math skills for inspection and measurement
- Ability to operate overhead and jib cranes with hoists
- Dependable attendance
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree in a focused technology field
- Robotics or programming certifications
- Welding certification
- Crane certification
- TRUMPF University training
- Advanced Robotic Programming with Arc Welding
