Job Summary
CNC Operator responsible for installing glass and door bottoms, packaging, and completing other value-add processes to doors cut by the CNC; ensure timeliness, accuracy, and quality of daily operations; stage doors for production or shipping; maintain and organize CNC area; collaborate with shipping to pull components for customer orders; read orders accurately and maintain attention to detail; perform tasks as assigned by the CNC Supervisor; includes a $300 annual clothing allowance for uniform, PPE; requires ability to lift up to 75 lb and stand 8-10 hours; strong communication, independence, safety, and reliability are emphasized within a collaborative ESOP environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED required
- Prior woodworking would be considered a plus
- Prior CNC operation would be considered a plus
- Knowledge of exterior doors would be considered a plus
