Job Summary
CNC Operator needed to operate mills or lathes in a clean manufacturing environment. Role includes safely operating machines (CNC and manual), completing work tasks per work orders and schedules, reporting quality/process/equipment issues, and maintaining production documentation. The position offers cross-training opportunities to learn CNC mill and lathe setups and runs full-time from 7:30am to 4:00pm in Knoxville, TN. Responsibilities include maintaining machine and facility cleanliness, adhering to safety procedures, and following company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma/GED.
- Understanding of general lathe and/or mill tooling.
- Experience operating CNC Lathes, Mills, or other equipment. Haas experience preferred, not required.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 30 pounds as necessary.
- Ability to work independently.
