CNC Operator Level 1 (mills)-Weekend Shift

Job Summary
CNC Operator Level 1 on weekend shift operates CNC mills to fabricate parts, loads parts, cycles machines, and detects equipment malfunctions. Responsibilities include performing milling, turning, drilling, tapping, deburring, sawing, and sanding; inspecting machined products and documenting results per In Process Inspection; processing work orders in ERP; completing NCMRs for non-conforming products; maintaining a clean, safe 5S workplace; and communicating with coworkers about production runs. Requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds and adherence to safety procedures; no direct supervisory responsibilities. Education requirement is a high school diploma or GED; manufacturing experience preferred. ITAR compliance is required (US Citizen, LPR, or protected individual).
