Job Summary
CNC Operator position producing precision metal components by operating CNC mills/lathes per blueprints and work instructions. Responsibilities include loading materials, unloading finished parts, interpreting technical drawings, monitoring machine performance, and making minor adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency. Adheres to safety protocols and collaborates with programming, quality, and production teams to support continuous improvement and on-time delivery. Required Qualifications
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- familiarity with calipers and tape measures
- previous experience operating CNC machines (preferred)
